Humans, Agents and Machines: Redesigning How Supply Chain Work Gets Done

AI is not one more tool layered onto existing processes. It changes how organisations operate and what work is worth doing at all. Drawing on physical AI and supply chain work at NVIDIA, research at the Stanford AI and Future of Work labs, and building Ignizia from the ground up, this keynote looks at what has to change when people, AI agents and physical systems share the same operation: what each is genuinely good at, where the handoffs break, and what leaders have to redesign in structure, skills and decision rights so the three collaborate rather than merely coexist.
